You have the right to return the products you bought within 14 days from the date of receipt. You can do it with another product, refund or issue a voucher.
Change in the Store
You can make a change or issue a credit coupon in the store at no extra charge (see below the conditions for making the change).

Change with Courier

If you wish to change the product with another, the return costs (5,00 €) as well as the costs of the new shipment (4,50 €) will be borne by you. Extra € 2 if you want to pay by cash on delivery.
If you want a refund, the return costs (5,00 €) will be borne by you.
The refund amount will be deposited in your account within 10 working days.
If you wish to issue a credit voucher, an email will be sent to you with the voucher with the amount of the refunded money and the return costs (4,50 €) to be charged to you.
The refund fee (5,00 €) is valid only if you choose to make your return by Geniki Tachidromiki
ACS
If you wish to change the product with another, the return costs (3,00€) as well as the costs of the new shipment (3,00€) will be borne by you. Extra € 2 if you want to pay by cash on delivery.
If you want a refund, the return costs (3,00€) will be borne by you.

Conditions
There are two alternatives if you are not happy with the products you bought, either refund or credit card issue.
Products must be returned within 14 days otherwise return of products may be rejected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The return of the product should contain the proof of retail sale and the special markings of the product (tabs).
A prerequisite is that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it.
The acceptance or not of the return, will be done after first quality control by our company.
Return Procedure
- Send us an informative email at info@cityroll.gr.
- If you want to change with other products, place a new order and in the comments indicate that it is intended for change .
- Send us the parcel with the products in the same condition in which you received them and that they are accompanied by the retail receipt.
- If there is no problem with the product, we will replace it immediately, refund your money or issue a credit voucher.
Note:
To avoid any inconvenience, when receiving the parcel, we recommend that you look on the outside of the parcel for any alterations or obvious defects inside and in the products. In case a product is returned and after our quality control a defect is found, we will contact you.
You can make your return with any courier company at your own risk and charge.
In case of company error or shipping of a defective product, shipping costs are borne by the company.
